My approach to coaching has been shaped by a lifelong connection to movement and a deep passion for strength development. Beginning with ballet at a young age and evolving through aerial arts, Muay Thai, and competitive powerlifting, I bring a diverse, embodied understanding of what it means to be strong. My goal is to create an encouraging and uplifting training environment where clients feel supported, capable, and excited to progress.
Whether working with beginners building foundations or lifters pursuing performance milestones, I am dedicated to helping each person define and celebrate their own version of strength while keeping training joyful, sustainable and empowering!
